Call Cesar Milan, the dog whisperer (lol), or watch some episodes or tutorials on youtube how to teach the little guy and everything will be okay :)

How old is the dog exactly? The dog probably just needs some training. My family didn't let my dog sleep in beds until he was 1 year old.

Where does your dog sleep? I suggest crate training it...NOW or else it will be WAY too hard later. How do you discipline your dog when it misbehaves? When it bites? How/What do you to to play with it? My stepdad has a friend he met in the military who has two dogs that are trained and could be in the special forces if he wanted them to be, so I'm no dog expert but my puppy is slightly older than yours and shes fairly well trained. Of course, they're puppies so they won't listen completely but I can probably help you with some stuff.

Re: I honestly dont know anymore
He is in a crate but he pees on his 'bed' rather then the papers
I tap his nose and tell him no when he bites and if he doesnt listen, I use this thing called the pet trainer and it does something to make them listen or whatever (it effects my other dog and cat)
I just put him on the floor and he goes to bite on the stick of my cat's toy since he never plays with it anyway. he doesnt do anything else unless he goes after my baby girl :3 and she gets yelled at just cause she growls at him (He bites her, of course she would growl)

Potty Training:
Papers? For one thing, no no no no NO...NO papers. Why are you using papers? Outside. Even if you get him to go on the papers, that teaches him to go inside instead of outside. What you do is you put him in the crate all day (No matter how much he cries and whines. It took my dog a WEEK to learn potty training this way. She hardly ever has accidents inside. Also, don't pay attention to him.) and take him out every hour on the hour. If he goes, you let him out of the crate for 30 minutes and PLAY with him. Then he goes back in the crate. You let him out an hour later. If he doesn't go, you put him back in the crate and take him out an hour later.

I do take him out but at night, he needs to use the papers. We did the same with my other dog and she goes outside. I walk him after every time he eats. he's only 10 weeks..
what could I do for the biting though? Thats what I want to get out of the way first DX

Misbehavior:
To hell with the pet trainer things. I hate them. When he bites you, if it's more than a little nip, grab his muzzle (not too hard, you don't want to hurt him) and squeeze slightly... Hold it for about 3-5 seconds... NO LONGER- when you cover his nose, it's the only way he can breath. This sounds harsh, but it's really not. It gives him a warning. If he just nips, tap him on the nose like you have been doing. If he misbehaves majorly- like seriously bites your other dog or pees on the floor or something, turn him on his back, put your palm on his chest and hold him down for 5-10 seconds. Dogs are helpless when they're pinned on their backs, and it will let him know he's done something wrong.

Re: I honestly dont know anymore
alright, i'll try that. I did grab his muzzle a few times but he kept wiggling
Re: I honestly dont know anymore
That's part of having a dog, in my opinion. You get up around every 3 hours to take him out at night. Switch shifts with your parents. That's what I did... While I was still in school

And of course they wiggle and try to yelp and stuff... They cant breathe while your holding it lol
Well, what time to you go to bed and what time does your dad get up? Would you be willing to get up early to take him out? Its really not good for a dog to be using papers (BTW this is just how I've raised my dogs and how my step dad has raised his...We've had dogs all our lives...And we only had to get up to take my puppy out and do the whole potty training thing for about a week before she got the hang of it. Now my parents take her out right before they go to bed, and whoever wakes up first (Usually my step dad cuz hes in the army and typically gets up around 5 xD) feeds her and takes her out, then, if no one else is up and they have to leave, they put her back in her crate. And yeah, GET YOUR PARENTS TO HELP

Lol then have Lukis take your dog out when he wakes up and take him out RIGHT before you go to bed. If you go to bed around 12, he should be able to hold it. Especially if you do the crate thing- that really helped my dog.
